Delivery and returns policy

Postage & Packing
We will send your order using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery or First Class Recorded Delivery, we will endeavour to send the same day if paid for before 1pm Monday - Thursday (Same day dispatch is our desired goal but unfortunately not always possible).

If any of our products are Out Of Stock we will notify you immediately of the delay and give you an option to have a refund on the product purchased or wait until the items are back in stock, we will give you the estimated date that the item(s) will be back in stock if possible.

Returns Policy We pride ourselves in being an honest and open company where we treat people as we would like to be treated, therefore we offer an unrivalled returns policy where if you are not happy with the product you have purchased from us, let us know within 7 days and we will refund you as soon as we receive the returned item in it's original packaging and in good condition.

If you do wish to exercise your right to cancel and if this is after the goods have been dispatched you will be responsible for returning the goods to Ultimate Mods at your own risk and cost, therefore we recommend a recorded delivery method such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Please note: Items obviously tampered with or wilfully damaged will not be replaced or refunded & you will need to pay the postage to get the item back.

Should you need to return an item please cover yourself and send it back by recorded delivery, because items lost in the post will not be refunded, by purchasing from us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

NOTE: Any underpayment on postage will be deducted from any refund given! - Please ensure you put the correct postage on the package

For faulty items we will offer a replacement or a refund based on your personal circumstances, in this instance please contact us as soon as possible (but within 7 days) and we will fulfill our promise to you.
